When we walked in the front door, we were amazed to find the ocean appeared to be inside the Villa! What a fabulous time we had. The food was amazing, the evenings and beds-the very best. We have enjoyed ourselves so much, can’t wait to come back.

Life has taken us to so many beautiful places but non compares to the genuine hospitality and breathtaking surroundings of this special home. After a week here in paradise it will be nearly impossible to go back to real life. WE have enjoyed a tremendous time in this beautiful dream house, with the most friendly, courteous and hard-working staff imaginable. Thank you for a truly relaxing and memorable experience!

What an incredible experience! When we planned our trip to Puerto Vallarta months ago, the website pictures were definitely instrumental in the anticipation of a great time with dear friends, but when we arrived we knew from the minute we walked in the doors that a website could not BEGIN to describe the beauty of Gods creation set perfectly on the cliff side overlooking Los Arcos!! Then....wow....the hospitality of Alfonso, his anticipation of our every need....Patricia..her smile and generosity and helpful nature and Chuey is so talented in the kitchen! All three of them work together as a team and you can rest assured if pampering and indulgent care is your desire then Villa Los Arcos will exceed your expectations. Oh- and the CASA.....Thank you for the thought and care you took to design each square foot–the amenities were perfect.

Los Arcos is a beautiful view to wake up to every day. The house is just amazing, and probably something we won’t come across again in a long time. Our family had a wonderful time while we were here. Alfonso, Cheuy and Patricia were great and you are very lucky to have them to greet your guests when they walk in. They made our trip easier than normal.

We (Bill & Maria) have thoroughly enjoyed being at Los Arcos the past week. We really enjoyed the views and companionship. Alfonso, Maria and Monica could not be nicer! The food is amazing. Bill caught a Triggerfish and they were so kind to filet and cook it. This staff were beyond our expectations. Thank you for providing us with a life long memory!

We came to celebrate a wedding anniversary, but decided not to wait for a special occasion next time. This villas was very special and we will return. Thanks for all the marvelous details, from saline pool with a remarkable view, to the extensive book collection, to the touches of Italy (of our favorite travel destinations), excellently attentive staff, comfy bed, even the perfectly placed hammock.
The walk down to the sea and the patio, a delightful new touch you added.
Finally, although we did not want to dwell on business and such back home, it was most convenient to have the internet and US phone.

Simply put! The experience was unforgettable. Alfonso and Monica and Chuey were so pleasant and accommodating that we had nothing to do but enjoy the fabulous home. I cannot thank them enough for their cheerful service. Thanks for providing wireless internet service, that alone saved us time and money that made this adventure so memorable. Great views, great house, most of all great team with Alfonso, Monica and Chuey who took care of 10 plus people and made this vacation a lifetime memory.

Los Arcos is the perfect place for a relaxing retreat. Every balcony has its own beautiful view. The sound of the ocean hitting the boulders below is such a wonderful sound. Bird watching was great. The kids loved the pool and had a terrific time everyday. The staff was wonderful. Alfonso took our son fishing and was very accommodating to all of our needs. Monica did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and neat, and she even fixed the T.V. from Spanish speaking to English. Chuey prepared delicious dishes for us at every meal. She is a fantastic cook. Alfonso, Monica and Chuey were very friendly and delightful making our stay here one of the best vacations we have ever had. Vonage phone and wireless internet made our business easy to run, even when we are so far from home.

We found paradise at Villa Los Arcos! Everything about this vacation was perfect. The Villa, the meals, the weather and the activities! The staff was exceptional. Cheuy was a ray of sunshine everyday and her meals were incredible! Monica was so sweet and helpful. Alfonso made our vacation one we will never forget! Our son will never forget hiking, snorkeling and fishing with his “big brother” Alfonso. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will return!

Here we are a group of seven. We have clearly gone to heaven. The Villa far exceeds our dream. The architecture is supreme. Los Arcos beckons from the ocean while we swim and apply our sunscreen. The scenery and views were savory while we soak up the tropical weather. The staff at Los Arcos is five star. They are polite and friendly–the best by far. The food was lovingly prepared with care and attention. The bedrooms carved within the roof. The outdoor living room, the intimate rooms, the art, the paint, the subtle details were amazing. We will always return. The thunder, the lightning, the twinkling stars, the reading, relaxing and drinks from the bar, the decks and palapas, the candles at night. We drink in the view, we drink in the sight. Sadly for all we say good-bye off to Vancouver, we soon will fly, muchas gracias for the use of your home. We will return again with a much better poem.

The house is everything we hoped for and more. The views are incredible. Our meals have been so wonderful we had no desire to go anywhere else. The staff has been incredibly gracious and taken very good care of us. Chuy, Monica and Alfonso truly bring the house to life. We are already planning to return next year. This is one of the most beautiful places I have seen. From the architecture of the villa, to the views of the ocean, it is very impressive. Alfonso and staff take such good care of you that you will not want to leave! The food is phenomenal so we did not visit any restaurants during our stay. While we are sad to leave, we take with us many great memories and hope to return very soon.

What a weekend! We had seen all the pictures on the website and had been looking forward to this trip for months. We couldn’t possibly have prepared ourselves for the beauty and relaxation of the real thing! The gorgeous villa, the breathtaking views from sun up to sun down, the friendly and personable staff and the five star food! 5 couples came down for 5 days and 4 nights. This place, food, hospitality and staff are the most unbelievable experience of any Puerto Vallarta vacation. Letting the staff be creative with the food resulted in the most spectacular meals ever. Loved it and will be back.

Back again, this time for a birthday celebration. Again, the fabulous surroundings, the excellent food, attentive staff and my favorite spot is the hammock to catch the patch of winter sun.
The pelicans flew by in circles around the bay, small rays, a large manta, a singular frigate bird, many fishing and tourist boats, cruise boats very special from afar.

This has been the best vacation. Even after visiting the website numerous times, I still could not believe my eyes upon arriving. You have done an amazing job here with the design and decor and making sure it has all the comforts of home. I felt so lucky having a yummy breakfast and dinner every day!! Chuey is a great cook :-) After 1 week I feel like it has been a 2 week relaxing vacation. Usually for me it takes several days even a week on vacation before I forget the work, problems back home. Here, as soon as I walked in and saw the breathtaking view and was greeted with smiles of the staff my mind was clear. I am sad to leave and hope to come back!! We are a party of nine and welcomed 2009 in one of the most amazing places in mexico/ the world! We had so much fun swimming in the infinity pool, whale spotting and lounging in the hammock (with a margarita in hand). The staff is so friendly and hospitable and treated us to many memorable mexican meals.

Planning the surprise 40th birthday on the Los Arcos website, we knew it was going to be special. But I don’t think anyone realized the beautiful reality that was to greet us when we stepped through the portals of Los Arcos. It was like walking into a wonderful dream where everything is better than you could ever envision. From the incredible design of the house, the limitless view from every room, the terrific softness of the Infinity Pool, the soothing heat of the steam room, the sound of the ocean surging on the rocks below, the exquisite joy of watching mama and baby whale frolicking in the water directly below us. I am certain it will be a weekend none of us will ever forget. Lastly, but certainly not least was the fantastic service rendered by the house staff, Alfonso, Chuey and Bertha. With their friendliness, Alfonso’s attention to detail and Chuey’s expert culinary talent made us all wish they would be traveling home with us.
